I want to thank the company for their trust, and especially the people I work with every day. They gave me opportunities and the autonomy to do my work in the best way possible.

I look back fondly on many moments throughout this time. I met incredible people and I hope these friendships last forever.

A friend and coworker recently told me: "You showed up here in Chapecó with nothing but the shirt on your back...". And that's the plain truth.

Throughout this journey, I found an environment that gave me what I needed to grow in my work: exceptional people who guided me and continue to do so, autonomy, trust, opportunities, plenty of challenges, and recognition, among other essential things.

I'm very happy with what I've achieved so far, but I know it's just the beginning. I feel like I'm at the start of my career, since I get the chance to learn something new every day.
