Visit to Pollen Parque

Last week, on a visit to Pollen Parque, we had the chance to talk with the interns from Projeto Escalade about interpersonal skills (soft skills), at the invitation of Clarice Bays.
On that occasion, we were able to talk about essential skills for a software developer, which go far beyond writing code (hard skill).
Projeto Escalade promotes the development of the sector through research, training, and skill-building for professionals in information and communication technology in Chapecó, SC (Brazil). It's run by Deatec.
I've personally supervised 2 PHP development interns in this project, and I know how important daily mentoring is for their growth. I hope to contribute even more to training new developers for the job market.
I'd like to thank them for the opportunity, which was a very rewarding moment for exchanging experiences.
