Getting opportunities is fantastic, but creating them is even more rewarding 🚀

That's the feeling I carry from taking part once again in DevEvolution, now in its 5th edition, IXC Soft's program aimed at training and recruiting new talent, both internal and external, in software development. This week, we had the graduation ceremony, celebrating the success and growth of these talented professionals.

The company offers free programming courses, open to employees and to outside people who are studying or want to break into the field.

With a lot of satisfaction, I had the honor of acting as Instructor for the PHP course for the 3rd time, teaching 24 hours of intensive classes over two weekends.

It's a huge joy to be able to contribute to the professional growth of these incredible people.
